Refund & Exchange Policy
At Jetette, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and hope you love everything you receive. To ensure clarity and fairness, please read our return and exchange terms carefully.

Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos showing the issue
• You must check the item while the courier is waiting. If you accept the item and the courier leaves, no return requests will be accepted.
Important:
We do not accept returns for personal reasons such as:
• “It doesn’t suit me”
• “I changed my mind”
• “I don’t like how it looks on me”
Please keep in mind that shipping fees for returns is a 150 LE

Size Exchanges
If your item is too large or too small, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size, if available.
To request an exchange:
• Contact us within 2 days
• Make sure the item is unused and in original condition
• Note that shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
• The exchange process must be completed within 2 days from when you receive your order

We do not offer exchanges for style preferences or if you simply don’t like the item.
